Food Food and Food, we live for it and we die for it. And now we die of it. The very thought of it makes us crave and quench the desire and achieve fulfillment. In an urge we forget to keep a check on what we eat and how we eat. It is very imperative in addition to serving the taste buds we need discipline to keep our complete body healthy. I think of two rights when we eat, eat right food and right quantity. This would keep us healthy and happy. A healthy life should definitely be a happy one. At many times i have seen my favorite chef doing magical stuff in television shows. The added benefits of freshly prepared and healthy snack or food prepared at convenience in home is unmatchable to on the shelf ready to eat products. The volume variety and even veracity of chronic illness is on the rise. And it gets difficult to be treated and many of us start to live with it. At many times and it most cases it can be avoided with healthy food styles and personal care. Any kitchen would have lot of spices and the correct use of it is forgotten. The knowledge of vegetables and spinach that has to be eaten at specific period of year and age is also forgotten. Though we no need to be strict on our eating habits we need to ensure we get the right nutrition in right quantity.
